Consultations
In my work, I identify with a holistic approach - all aspects of human life are interconnected. This means that deficiencies or unhealthy habits in one area can affect the functioning in other areas. Therefore, to see results in one of these areas, it is necessary to take care of oneself in an integrated manner.
I am particularly involved in topics related to self-awareness, well-being, life satisfaction, as well as the impact of stress on human functioning and effective coping in difficult situations.
I work with adults facing challenges in a business context, but I am open to addressing other issues raised by clients.
I invite everyone interested in their development to engage in collaboration.
The format of consultations
Meetings take place either offline or online using a chosen platform. The first two or three sessions are dedicated to understanding your situation. This phase allows us to evaluate your current situation and provides you with the opportunity to assess the suitability of our collaboration. It's also an opportunity to identify areas we could work on together. Following this, we establish the operational framework, including the frequency and number of sessions. Each session lasts 50 minutes.
Throughout our discussions, it may emerge that addressing another aspect of your life is necessary to ensure our collaboration achieves optimal results, or that the issue at hand requires more extensive therapeutic intervention. In such case, we will explore the best solution for you.
Knowledge base
Stress
In today's fast-paced environment, stress has become a prevalent topic of discussion. Many individuals lead hectic lifestyles, often without the opportunity to pause and reflect on their priorities, areas of focus, or detrimental habits that persist despite their adverse effects. While certain life circumstances may be beyond our control, we have the power to manage our reactions effectively. Let's work together on strategies to adjust our responses to stressors, ensuring they don't overwhelm us.
Persistent stress, or chronic stress, poses significant health risks such as high blood pressure, migraine, and stomach ulcers. Therefore, it's crucial for the body not to be overloaded for too long. Accumulated tension needs to be released.
If you feel lately that life is weighing you down, that stress is consuming joy, and that your quality of life is significantly lower, I invite you to attend sessions. Together, we'll assess areas for improvement and develop actionable plan to enhance your overall well-being.
Self-awareness and well-being
The well-being of individuals is closely tied to their level of self-awareness, specifically their understanding of what contributes to personal growth and satisfaction. Once this understanding is established, it becomes imperative to assess areas requiring attention and find ways to improve well-being. Identifying key priorities, aspirations, and barriers facilitates professional development.
Sometimes we are not aware of what is best for us; what helps us and what harms us; what activities make our bodies function efficiently; and what makes us feel good and energized every day. If you want to reflect on what benefits you and what holds you back, and thus take care of your well-being and increase satisfaction with life, we can work together on these areas. I would be happy to help you with that.
